Return or Exchange Policy

DiabeticDog.com Return Policy

Any defective product or shipping discrepancies must be reported by email (willam@diabeticdog.com) within 3 days of receipt. 

All returns of Diabetic Dog products purchased directly from our company will require approval and authorization prior to the return. Any product not purchased directly from Diabetic Dog must be returned to the place of purchase.  Please contact them directly regarding their return policy.   

Eligible for Return:

Diabetic Dog products purchased directly from Diabetic Dog within 30 days of purchase with required approval.  

The following applies to all returns: 

Diabetic Dog must approve and issue a Return Authorization prior to the return of any product.  This number must be referenced in all correspondence.  Arrangements for all returns and exchanges must be made in writing prior to shipping any merchandise back to Diabetic Dog.  

Email a list of all requested returns including item number, lot number, quantity, expiration date, and invoice number

All merchandise that is returned, unless defective or due to our shipping error, is subject to a 20% restocking fee. There is no restocking fee if you receive a faulty or defective item, and there is no restocking fee if we made an error and shipped the wrong item.

Please note that shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable and the Purchaser is responsible for shipping to our returns department.

Credit may be used for exchanged product(s) or applied to your Diabetic Dog account.  In the case of account credit, you will be issued a Credit Memo which must be referenced upon usage to receive proper credit.
